Vacation Rental Bells This lovely, private apartment boasts two bedrooms (one double and one twin) and an open plan lounge/kitchen which makes this accommodation ideal for families and couples.

The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven/grill, a gas hob, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and all the cookware and utensils you may need for your stay. There is a black granite breakfast bar and seating for four.

The lounge has a large L-shaped sofa, comfy chair and a coffee table. New for 2017 is a pellet burner which is perfect for those cosy evenings in. There is a TV, DVD, I-Pod docking station and CD player plus wireless broadband connection for all your entertainment needs. We can provide a selection of films, board games and books for those who fancy just putting their feet up.

The bedrooms are both well proportioned. The main bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe, two bedside cabinets, bedside lights and a rug. Bedroom 2 has two single beds, bedside cabinets & lights and a chest of drawers. Cots and high chairs, extra duvets, pillows, etc, are all available upon request.

Communal amenities include a swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym and a beautiful courtyard. There are also 3 separate BBQ areas with solid wood dining tables and chairs.

The site is fully enclosed with high wooden fencing and two secure gated entrances, making it safe for small children and very private for those looking to relax. You will also find a selection of toys, beach games, windbreaks, boogie boards, which can be used by our guests. We also offer surfing lessons and surf equipment / board hire for our guests if required.

We really appreciated the location of the house, which is close to many beautiful beaches which are very convenient for surfing. Moreover Niki and Cei were very kind, provided to us all what we needed (for example a bed and a chair for our baby), and they really gave us good advice to visit the area and enjoy our stay. It was a great week, thank you !!

From the minute we arrived, we knew we’d found the perfect spot for our Peniche getaway. We (my partner and 5 year-old daughter) were visiting the area as keen surfers looking to take in the fabulous beaches of Peniche, at the same time as catching the WSL Moche Ripcurl Pro comp which was being help a 6 minute drive away from the apartment. The apartment is spacious, clean and extremely well equipped. We had ample room for the three of us and the layout was ideal with the open plan kitchen / living room area, two generous bedrooms and bathroom. We had worried it might be a little small from the pictures but this was not the case at all. The facilities on site completely surpassed our expectations with the lovely swimming pool, several communal sitting, lounging, dining areas and the sauna (bonus!)  There are plenty of local shops and restaurants (brilliant local butcher), plus the offering of Peniche and Baleal just a short drive down the road. We couldn’t believe how close we were to the WSL comp site too. The whole process, from booking and arriving through to our departure was hitch free. Niki ensured that the apartment was ready for our early afternoon arrival, despite the previous guests only leaving at midday. Niki and Cei were really welcoming and helped us to find our bearings, the best restaurants and surf spots.

Appartment was comfortable, a good size and with all the amenities you could need, pool area was lovely, there’s plenty of room on the complex to either have your own space or mingle with other guests. The proprietors, Niki & Cei, were really friendly and helpful …. and Niki’s burgers are a must ! The apartments are a short drive away from the centre of Peniche. There’s loads of great surf and beautiful beaches in and around Peniche, and there are some lovely places of interest near Peniche …… Obidos, Alcobaca, Sintra, Lisbon ….. all in all it’s a great all round holiday.

I stayed at the Silvercoast Apartment Bells for one week, I absolutely loved it. The apartment was really nice, clean and actually huge for one person. I loved the terrace overlooking the ocean, where I had my breakfast every morning while enjoying the view. But what I loved most was definitely the amazing host couple. Niki and Cei were so welcoming that I felt home straight away. I think great people and a friendly vibe really can make a place outstanding. Silvercoast Apartments for me was exactly that. Outstanding! Will definitely come back!!
