1. All prices are per night
2. Bookings can be accompanied by a deposit with attached payment document. In the event of a cancellation before the balance is paid, the deposit will be refunded only if a further letting is obtained.
3. We recommend you take out a Comprehensive Travel Insurance including cancellation cover.
4. This is a holiday letting strictly for the period specified only. The number of occupants must not exceed the number declared on the booking form. Under no circumstances may any part of the property be sublet.
5. The property should be left clean and tidy. We would appreciate if you inform us about any breakages and lost items and they will be replaced or paid for.
6. Accommodation is available to visitors from 3pm on the date of commencement of the holiday and should be vacated by 11 o’clock on the date of departure. The owners reserve the right of reasonable access to the property for the purpose of general cleaning, maintenance and repair.
7. Two towels and linen are provided.
